Book note

Surprisingly biographies of John Newton (author of the hymn “Amazing Grace”) are scarce. Yesterday I noticed that Crossway will be publishing John Newton: From Disgrace to Amazing Grace by Jonathan Aitken. As we’ve seen in the past, grace was amazingly tangible in Newton’s life. The Crossway bio is set to be released in mid-June.
