Indeed, it is a good question, but I wouldn’t have minded seeing how Hitchens responded.
This is a theme that emerges and re-emerges throughout the DVD. Wilson hammers on this several times and it forms a theme [ie human solidarity] of Wilson’s conversation with Piper, too.
