Are you placing a high recommendation on this volume? Would have appreciated your thoughts – or I missed them.
I don’t know though. The new NIV is actually more like the old TNIV. Certainly, the marketing for the Study Bible is in full swing. However, if this is just the same version as the 2011 NIV, given the the translation issues, I’m not sure I understand how pastors and scholars can recommend this one.
Perhaps I’m missing something though? Is this going to update the 2011?

I got it on my kindle device… if I had a time machine, I would go back, spend a couple of bucks more and buy the physical copy.
